Louise Alfano Berardis

Louise is a 1972 Graduate of L.A. Trade Tech Culinary Arts Program. She came to us in 1995 with a desire to create and enhance delicious food in an elegant, yet trendy setting utilizing her organizational and creative skills. She has been an invaluable asset, helping to make Maria's Italian Kitchen what it is today.

Create and cost menu, oversee kitchen preparation, create design theme and style food display in the most appetizing manner according to client preference.

Responsible for décor maintenance at all locations, seasonal decorating, landscaping and merchandising maintaining overall appealing visual aesthetics.

Merchandising

Create displays and gift baskets utilizing Maria's Italian Kitchen trademark logo. Modernize glassware and service wear in all locations including catering department.
