From the very first Maria's in Brentwood back in 1975, we've been creating authentic Italian food from family recipes right out of the old country. Growing up in Hoboken, New Jersey, my mother, Maria learned everything she needed to know about regional Italian cooking from my grandmother.
At Maria's, everything is fresh, fragrant and delicious. Our Romano cheese is grated fresh every day. Our marinara is made from scratch with sweet, plum tomatoes. We make our own hearty Italian sausages and meatballs. And, the bread, pizza dough and pastries are baked up fresh every day.
