The whole reason we do what we do is we get a big kick out of pleasing people. Here are just a few of the responses we?ve received from our customers.
Thank you. My daughter eats at Maria's regularly. I am from Hoboken, and ate at the first Marias as my first pasta after the 94 quakes. I was in recently because of a plumbing and electrical melt down of my new house. I must gravitate to the familiar, and eat pasta for comfort in times of trouble. The staff was exquisitely friendly, and the food was delicious. I am interested in special events.

An enormous thank you for the very special dinner you served for our group of 18 people on Monday, December 19th. They had a wonderful time with your delicious food, excellent service and very careful planning. Almost everyone in the party is looking forward to returning to Maria?s Restaurant whenever possible. As you can see from this letter, we came back tonight! It was a real pleasure to have all of you (including the cooks of course) make our evening so very enjoyable!
We recently had a surprise 75th birthday party for my mother-in-law & needed a completely flourless cake. YOU DID IT! It was the hit of the party.
The service was excellent Your employees deserve raises!
This was a great evening. The smoked Chicken Ravioli was awesome, our waitress was great.
In all our years of doing this (volunteering at election precincts), this was the first time that a restaurant was so caring (to deliver free pizzas). We really appreciated your restaurants? thoughtfulness and involvement in the community.
We?ve found our first restaurant diva (Madelyn Alfano). We expected Maria?s to be great and it was. It?s you who are so impressive, as a businesswoman and lover of life. How super to meet you.
