Catering Loyalty Reward Program
Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Maria's Italian Kitchen’s Loyalty Reward Program! By being a Loyalty Reward Member, you will be eligible to start earning valuable rewards all year long. Please take the time to read the following terms and conditions regarding our program.

• Reward Cards must be presented when placing a catering order in order to earn rewards or Reward Card Number may be given over the phone.
• Credit will not be earned on past purchases.
• By presenting your rewards card, your points will accumulate as your purchases reach $100 increments and you will earn a $5 Reward in points for every $100 you spend on food from our Catering Menu. Does not include Beer, Wine, Liquor, Taxes, Service, Equipment Rentals or Gratuities.
• You may redeem your Earned points towards Lunch or Dinner at any of our Maria's Italian Kitchens much like you would a gift card. Dine-In only. Rewards are not redeemed until you want to use them.
• Rewards may only be redeemed up to a maximum of $25 per visit. You must have your card present to redeem your Rewards. Rewards will not be redeemed automatically.
• Rewards may not be redeemed for cash.
• Rewards may only be used towards the purchase of Food and Beverages. Not to be used for Beer, Wine, Liquor or Gratuities.
• No purchase necessary to become a Loyalty Member, but it is required to earn rewards. Any tax liabilities associated with redemption of an award are the responsibility of the cardholder.
• By enrolling in the Loyalty Reward Program, members are granting Maria’s Italian Kitchen permission to contact them with periodic updates, promotions or announcements.
• Members may not combine purchases with other card members.
• Maria's Italian Kitchen reserves the right to cancel or change this program at any time.
• Maria's Italian Kitchen reserves the right to refuse award program benefits to anyone who has wrongfully earned points through deception, forgery or other abuses of the program.
• Valid ID may be requested.
